Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. If you do not see your destination during checkout, please drop us a message.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 3 business days as long as they are placed before noon SGT.

We will not split up orders based on release dates. If you need some products earlier than others, you would need to order them separately.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless you received the wrong product or it was delivered in a condition other than what you ordered.

If you received the wrong product or a damaged product, we will replace it (if possible) or send a full refund for the applicable product. 

How do I track my orders?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping code. You can track it via the tracking site or contact us if you need help.
